The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source delivery order to Booz, Allen, & Hamilton Inc (BAH). The effort in this announcement provides for an Independent Analysis Government Contractor (IAGC) evaluation of the Integrated Deepwater System (IDS). The IAGC will develop an independent Deepwater Phase I Conceptual Design that will offer the U.S. Coast Guard a baseline assessment of the technologies and platforms germane to the Deepwater Project. The period of performance for this order will be for one year from the date of award.
