Bonner, 440.838.6091 Under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153 Expanded Sharing Authority and in accordance with FAR, Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items the Louis Stokes Cleveland, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio, intends to procure services/supplies required for annual preventive maintenance inspections on two (2) York, Type R, 150 HP, Air Conditioning Compressors. The Contractor shall completely disassemble units, including removal of crankshaft and main bearings and determine clearances by use of micrometers and dial indicators. Assembly and disassembly shall be performed in accordance with York maintenance specifications. The contract will be for a period of one base year and four (4) pre-priced option periods. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business, the Standard Industrial Code is 1731 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million. Solicitation will be available December 2, 1999.
