US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to procure services to raise and dispose of two wrecked ships, which are located in San Juan Harbor, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall provide all labor, eqipment, materials, divers and services as necessary to remove and dispose of the derelict vessels and any associated debris or cargo. The Contractor may use any standard salvage method, which complies with local and/or Federal laws and regulations. Offshore disposal is not currently authorized under this contract. No explosives will be permitted in the performance of this contract. Solicitation will be issued on a small business set-aside basis, therefore only small businesses are invited to respond.
