Air National Guard Civil Engineering and Medical Training Facility, approximately 32,300 SF. Item 2. Vehicle Maintenance Shops and parking shed, approximately 15,300 SF. Item 3. Aerospace Ground Equipment Shops (add/alter) approximately 6,500 SF. Project will be conducted into two (2) phases. Phase I will include facilities in Items 1 and 2 and constructed simultaneously while Phase II will include add/alter to facility Item 3 and will be constructed after completion of Phase I and relocation of building occupants. Project is to be reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry walls, structural steel framing and roof structure, all utilities and support. Provide paved open storage areas. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Construction time is anticipated to take approximately 420 days after notice to proceed for Phase I and 300 days for Phase II. Only prime contractors should reply.
