The work consists of the cleaning, maintenance, and water treatment for the swimming and toddler pools. The swimming pool is 70 feet by 100 feet and has the approximate capacity of 350,000 gallons. All work shall be executed in compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910 and 29 CFR 1926 and all EPA, Navy and State Environmental Codes and Regulations. These regulations are located in the Base Safety Office at Building 1525, Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas or many of the municipal public libraries. Work shall begin five days after the award date and continue for 12 consecutive months. The SIC Code assigned to this procurement is 7389. The small business size standard is $3.5M. To be awarded a purchase order, the contractor MUST be on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, 16 Dec 99, at 0930 a.m.(CST).
