intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis,
Micro Systems, Incorporated replacement components to support the
operation and maintenance of the MSI Model 8770 Target Tracking Control
System (TTCS). The items to be procured are required as Government
Furnished Equipment to the Flight Services contractor for operational
support of the U.S. Army's Aerial Flight Services Program. The contract
will be a five-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery,
Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The authority and justification
for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as
implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other
supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The proposed
contractor is Micro Systems, Incorporated, 31 Hill Avenue, Ft. Walton
Beach, Florida, 32548-3858. All responsible sources may submit a
proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency. See Note 22. Posted
