Due to interface problems, we have discovered that private industry cannot download the solicitation from the web. Therefore, please submit your request for a solicitation package via email to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Tindle at the aforementioned email address. You shall include your government cage code, DUNs number, Tax Identification Number, complete address, phone number, fax number and email address. You must be registered in the CCR to be eligible for award. To be eligible to receive the solicitation and a CD ROM with the specifications and scope of work you will be required to complete the "Contractor Personel Agreement on Non-Disclosure of Watervliet Arsenal Technology". You may request the form via email or data fax and one will be faxed to you. To re-state -- You will not be sent a solicitation package until the form has been completed and returned. It is anticipated the solicitation will be ready for issue 10 Dec 99. If you wish to have it sent to you by FED-X please provide your FED-X, UPS etc account number in you request. It is anticipated that a pre-proposal site visit will be held on 6 Jan 2000 at Watervliet Arsenal. Proposals will then be due by 31 Jan 2000. (Please note: Dates are subject to change.)
