The Food and Drug Administration [FDA], Center for Food Safety and Applied Nurition [CFSAN], intends to award a sole source purchase order to Circle Solutions, Inc., for distribution of targeted bulk mailings for the Food Safety Initiative and the Food Safety Education Partnership and mailings to support activities. The Scope of Work is as follows: The contractor shall provide limited warehouse space for FDA material and distribution services for FDA publications and materials; and, assist the project officer in determining the size of print runs and developing plans to conduct bulk mailings. Task I. Inventory Review & Management: contractor shall maintain inventory titles for distribution, receiving, organizing, and sorting publications; collect and report to project officer monthly, quantitative data, receipt and distribution of publications; conduct periodic and ongoing reviews of inventory. Task II. Mailing Lists and Bulk Mailings: contractor shall maintain, update and refine mailing lists of food safety audiences supplied by project officer; produce printouts, special mailings, and provide records electronically to project officer for approval.
