The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration(NHTSA)Vehicle Research and Test Center(VRTC)has a requirement for anthropomorphic test dummies, repair parts and calibration and testing of dummies.The contractor shall provide the test dummies and repair parts identified in CFR Part 572 as well as dummies and parts used for research and development. Service of the test dummies may include calibration and testing required for certification and engineering service for design and development of the test dummies. The Government contemplates awarding an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity delivery order type contract for a base period of two years with three one-year options for a total of five years.The Government reserves the right to make Multiple Awards and contemplates awarding one or more AD/IQ type contracts.
