The Air Mobility Command (AMC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources interested in providing support in managing AMC aircrew training resources. The contemplated effort includes data collection and research, data analysis, problem identification, development and evaluation of potential solutions, collection and consolidation of periodic reports, and providing action recommendations to AMC/DOT concerning aircrew personnel manning, training, experience, and qualification levels. Request interested offerors capable of performing this effort submit a capability statement no later than 10 Dec 99. Information submitted in the capability statement should include company name, address, telephone number, point of contact, business size and general description of the company and services provided. Interested parties should submit information to demonstrate their capability to perform the requirement described above. This information should include a list of your company's most recent and relevant contracts for providing similar services to include contract number, place of performance, customer point of contact, telephone number, contract type, amount of award, and period of performance. Please include a very brief description of the services required and whether performance was considered acceptable or an explanation for performance problems noted. Indicate your company's ability to provide the required services with personnel who already possess, or have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance within thirty days after contract award. Be sure to identify any existing federal supply schedules such as through the General Services Administration or other existing government contracts that may be used to obtain such services along with ordering information.
