The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) has a requirement to utilize a fully serviced facility for temporary training and lodging space located within 25 miles of Southbridge, MA. The facility must be contained within a single site complex that allows access between the training and lodging rooms without exiting the building. This requirement is for a base year with one year option and a possible six (6) month extension (FAR 52.217-8), a total of 30 months. This solicitation will be conducted using the Test Program for Commercial Items FAR Subpart 13.5 simplified procedures for Commercial Items. The Request for Quotation (MDA220-00-Q-0005) will be posted on the DFAS website and can be accessed at http://www.dfas.mil/aso/ The RFQ is expected to be available in approximately three (3) days for downloading and will contain instructions on how to respond.
