SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall submit a proposal to furnish management, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals for Commercial Items Contract to maintain and repair Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at CAMP PIKE ARMED FORCES RESERVE COMPLEX (AFRC), 8001 Camp Robinson Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas. Complex consists of five (5) buildings and Herein known as the AFRC. The Contractor's work and responsibility shall include but not limited to: planning, programming, administration, management, labor, parts and materials necessary to provide maintenance and repairs to all HVAC systems within the AFRC.
