Wilson (202)406-6940 The U.S. Secret Service (USSS)intends to negotiate and award an order on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.602 and 6.302-1 with Essex PB&R Corporation, 5071 Springfield Drive, Edwardsville, IL. This order is to provide for the delivery of three hundred victim rescue units. The USSS victim rescue unit model is proprietary to Essex PB&R Corporation. The Government anticipates award on or abount January 1, 2000. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of a response to this announcement. Numbered Notes 26 and 22 apply.
