The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to enter into a sole source extension of a contract it has for space design services with Gensler & Associates. The current contract will expire on December 31, 1999. The extension will carry the contract through June 30, 2000. The purpose of this extension is to allow the contractor to continue to provide necessary design services while competition for a new contract is being conducted. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document is available. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement which is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Responses (in writing) should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement.
