Department of Commerce intends to award a sole source contract to Computer Associates International, Reston Executive Center Bldg 3, 12120 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 20190, for renewal of existing license agreement and support maintenance for the following Computer Associates Proprietary Software: (a) CA-Easytrieve Plus; (b) CA-JARS; (c) CA-JCLCHECK; (d) CA- PANVALET; (e) CA-PANVALET TSO; (f) CA-ACF2; (g) CA-JARS CICS; (h) CA-LOOK W/CICS; (i) CA-OPERA and; (j) CA-ONE computer software. All products are proprietary to Computer Associates. The period of performance for these services is a base period of one year with four one-year option periods. This is a notice of intent and not a request for proposal. If your company believes that they can perform these services, please forward a capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. This proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. All submission must be received within fifteen (15)days of the publication date of this synopsis.
