Synopsis No. RPH 00-009/RFP SP4400-00-R-0009 service contract to provide and service parts washing and cleaning machines including portable brake cleaning, paint gun cleaning, brake cleaning, and degreasing solvent machines. The contractor must refine, other than fuel blend/burn, the spent antifreeze, solvents, used oil, used transmission and hydraulic fluids, additionally the contractor must bio-remediate contaminated soil, provide and remove storage containers, and analyze, pack, mark, label, manifest, transport, and dispose of hazardous material. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, and equipment to complete the work required under this contract. This work is located at Indiana Army National Guard sites. SP4400-00-R-0009 will be issued on or about December 30, 1999 on the World Wide Web. The website address is http://www.drms.dla.mil/newproc/index.html. Approximate closing date is January 30, 2000. This will be a firm fixed-price indefinite quantity contract for a period of 18 months, with two 18-month options. Performance will be requested by delivery orders issued again the basic contract.
