Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and travel to remove all asbestos containing and/or asbestos contaminated materials from various sized pipes, tanks, duct systems, ceiling tiles, insulation, floor tiles, transite roofing and contaminated dirt and to reinsulate pipes, tanks and duct systems, replace ceiling tiles and insulation, roofing systems and to install fire proof walls in accordance with contract specifications. Contractor must possess the required licensing to accomplish the work. This will be an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contract, with a $25,000.00 minimum and a $2,500,000.00 maximum. Period of performance will be for three years from Date of Award. A site inspection will be conducted for this requirement, date to be specified in the Solicitation. This requirement is being solicited under Full and Open Competition. Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
