The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for Information Management Center Services for the agency's Libraries, Public Information Centers (PIC) and records centers at EPA Headquarters and locations at any or all of the Regions and Laboratories. The scope of this effort focuses on four primary objectives: managing collecions of information, responding to requests for information, developing virtual services to reach the public and Agency staff at their desktops, and providing professional services on a cost recovery basis. It is planned to award two (2) 8(a) set asides under this procurement. One award will be thru the regular 8(a) competitive process and the other award will be restricted to Indian Tribal Concerns/Alaskan Native Corporations.
