The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is seeking qualified and experienced consulting firm to Develop a Designated Housing Plan for the SLHA. The selected Firm shall research, plan and develop a feasible Designated Housing Allocation Plan that is consistent with Section 7 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 as amended, Section 10(a) of the Housing Opportunity Program Extension Act of 1996 and PIH Notice 97-12 issued March 12, 1997 as extended by PIH Notice 98-24 issued April 20, 1998 that will establish developments, or portions of developments, to be designated as elderly only, disabled only and mixed population that focuses on the housing needs of both elderly families and persons with disabilities. The Plan shall satisfy all statutory and regulatory requirements. The SLHA will receive sealed proposals for this service until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Tuesday, January 4, 2000.
