Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work to include but not limited to removal of existing entrance lights, ceiling, existing storefront, and existing shrubs, excavate for new footings, remove existing concrete ramp and sidewalks, saw cut and remove 4_ X 6_ X 1_ opening in existing interior wall for new display case, provide and install steel lintel over new opening, new concrete entrance ramp to meet ADA standards, new CMU columns, new CMU walls, paint to match existing, provide roof framing, new 18-guage metal roof, system in accordance with drawings, fixed pane windows, new storefront doors with automatic operator, new rubber non slip tile, new 25-guage metal stud wall with 12_ sheetrock, type II wallcovering, tie into existing supply ductwork to new vestibule area to include one new 4-way blow, 12_ X 4 _ aluminum-curved blades, and ceiling supply grille, provide new suspended ceiling for new vestibule to match existing ceiling in lobby, new display case, glass shelves, doors locked with concealed push button locks, oak laminate inside surfaces, provide switch to control display case light, new lighting fixtures, base cave to match existing, and reinstall shrubs and seed areas damaged by construction. This is a reprocurement from a defaulted contract. Attendance to the site visit stated in the solicitation is strongly encouraged/highly recommended. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is 90 calendar days. The proposed solicitation is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1542 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17.0 million. The successful contractor will be made to that responsive and responsible offeror whose price is most advantageous to the government.
