Drydocking and miscellaneous repairs. To qualify for an award under
this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement
for Boat Repair (ABR). If not previously done, adequate time must
exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. The
contractors' inspection will tentatively take place at the U.S. Naval
Base, Norfolk, Virginia on January 25, 2000. The tentative availability
dates are April 20, 2000 through June 30, 2000 with work to take place
at the contractor's plant. The place of performance is unrestricted.
This is a best value procurement utilizing past performance as an
