Q: What is the Telephone Switch you will be connecting to and the current software release? A: As stated in the original announcement, Digital Voice DVC-5000, Release #12. Q: What is the preferred interface to that switch? A: Analog. Q: Will the interface ports (16each) be available in the telephone switch? A: Yes, 16each, 4-wire E&M Ports are available. Q: Will the new voicemail system be integrated into an NT Local Area Network? A: No, Telephone (voice) use only. Q: How many users will be on the system? A: Approximately 250. Q: What is meant by training on the system? A: The user will require both technical (troubleshooting) and administrative training. Q: What is meant be PLATPKG Pentium Platform w/NT Server? A: Must be able to integrate into future telephone systems when the DVX 5000 is replaced. Q: Does the user need new Phones? A: No, new phones are not required.
