No. 26 Based upon Market Research the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in it's solicitation for the described supplies or services. However interested persons may notify the Contracting Officer of their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This is an unrestricted solicitation and there are no drawings available for this item. This requirement is for a Circuit Card Assy. NSN 5998-01-299-2153. The Approved source for this item is FlightLine (50027) P/N 1000-0400. The desired delivery is 5 each in 90 days and any balance being delivered at a rate of 5 each every 30 days thereafter. The quantity variance is as follows: 1 -- 4, 5 -- 9, 10 -- 24, and 25 -- 49. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. It is anticipated that a long term, IQ type contract with 1 option year will result from the solicitation. The quantity will range from 1 to 49 each, will be in effect for 365 days with 1 365 day option.
