Dept of Commerce/NOAA/NOS/Marine Sanctuaries Division intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Reef Environmental Education Foundation, Key Largo, Florida, to conduct biological surveys on the distribution and abundance of reef fish in selected National Marine Sanctuary Sites. Contractor will prepare written annual reports on each of the selected NMSP sites: Expand the Reef volunteer fish count program to new NMSP sites: and present results in National and international conferences and peer reviewed scientific literature. This will provide system-wide data on fish community structure and serve as a indicator of ecosystem health.
