The Army Telecommunications Directorate (ATD) has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for the United States Military Entrance Processing Command. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider, certified by the Massachusetts PUC, shall provide local commercial communications service for the Boston MEPS station, 495 Summer St, 4th Floor, Boston, MA 02210-2109. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or woman-owned businesses. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees.
