Recurring engineering effort shall include a single point of contact for all matters relating to contractor engineering support, maintenance of a data file/master configuration list and reference service. Recurring tech order support shall require the contractor to maintain a current master copy of all tech orders, hosting and attending tech order conferences, reviews, and verifications, provide reprints of all TO's when requested and development of technical order revisions and changes. Nonrecurring engineering services will be formal work authorizations defined in engineering assignments. Resources necessary to provide engineering support, as a minimum, shall include proprietary design data, modification data, production data, and company personnel with special skills such as aerodynamics, structural and electrical design, stress analysis, corrosion, engines, maintenance planning, non-destructive inspection, technical writing, and FAA Designated Engineering Representatives (DER). The prospective contractor will need to have legal acess to Israel Aircraft Industries/Galaxy Aeropace Corporation data which includes but is not limited to engineering data, including proprietary data, to be used to develop technical order source data and have the expertise to integrate the Air Force unique data into the commercial changes.
