The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The purpose of the procurement is to provide a Management Control Review of HRSA's Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Actions programs.
