Naval Sea Systems Command plans to issue a modification to Contract
N00024-96-C-6300 with Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Inc of
Syracuse, New York to provide for F100 Difference Training for the
AN/UYQ-25C(V)1 and AN/SQQ-89(V)11 Surface Ship Undersea Warfare Combat
System. The contractor shall provide a training program to develop
skills commensurate with manning levels recommended for the operation
and maintenance of equipment and workstations for the F-100. The
training shall consist of two courses which consist of Shipyard
Industrial Training (SIT) and a Lead Crew Operation and Maintenance
(O&M) Difference Training Course. The SIT course will familiarize the
shipbuilder with the F-100 USW subsystem maintenance considerations
prior to installation. The Lead Crew maintenance training will train
personnel on the differences between the AN/SQQ-28A(V)11 and the
AN-UYQ-25C(V)1 systems and the systems presently within the Spanish
fleet. The Navy proposes to award the modification to Lockheed Martin
