ARCO-NAT-236-00-082- AN (IFB) Multifamily Apartment Building Garage
Area Painting. The solicitation is for the services of a subcontractor
to Paint and Wash Garage Areas under a subcontract for approximately
70,000 square feet of concrete walls and ceilings located at Gates Ave
Apartments and Medgar Evers Apartments in Brooklyn, New York. The
contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management of
Washington, DC under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO
Service Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The Subcontractor will have to
provide the work in accordance with labor rates published under the
Service Wage Act. Certified payrolls are required at the time of
payment invoicing. This IFB is structured in accordance with the
Uniform Contract Format required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation
(FAR). Subcontractors must visit the site to inspect the work to be
completed. Arco reserves the right to select more than one
