The physician shall provide physical examination documentatiion review services to the Commander, Navy Recruiting Command. The reviews are of medical documentation submitted on applicants for military service and shall include recommendations concerning suitability of applicants for service in the Navy in accordance with established physical standards of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. The physicians duties include consultation with physicians who are located at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Washington, D.C. This effort will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract will be for a base year and four (4) one year options and option to extend services in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8 "Option to Extend Services."
