Contractor is to provide personnel, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and other items or services necessary to furnish Military Family Housing Maintenance in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) Randolph AFB, TX. The basic contract period is changed from 01 Oct 99 through 30 Sep 00 plus three option years to 01 Sep 00 through 31 Aug 01 with four option years. This solicitation remains as a set-aside for 8(a) competitive concerns.
