The project is located within the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, Aransas County, Texas. Work includes, but not limited to, adding additional offices, break area, computer station and conference room to the existing building; rework mechanical, electrical and plumbing to conform to ADA codes; recarpet existing and new addition of the administration building; and remodel restrooms to conform to 504 codes.
