Background "The Military Family Housing Office at Wright-Patterson AFB (88CEG/CEH) is seeking potential sources to provide military family housing maintenance for 2251 on-base housing units and 372 dormitory rooms under SIC code 8744. The family housing units consist of apartments, duplexes, and stand-alone units. The dormitory rooms are in 5 multi-storied buildings, maintenance will cover entire building. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, supplies, materials, equipment and services necessary to perform military family housing maintenance and repair services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This effort will include all aspects of maintenance including change of occupancy, inspections, ""self help store"", playground upkeep, general service calls and additional support as needed. This effort will not include grounds maintenance and snow removal. Interested firms, responding to the sources sought, should submit sufficient information that will permit evaluation of contractors' capabilities. The information submitted should include size of company, small business status, history of similar work completed, past and currently held government contracts, any similar private sector work and any other pertinent information.
