The project is located within the San Marcos National Fish Hatchery and Technology Center, Hays County, Texas. Work includes, but not limited to, pulverizing the existing asphalt pavement, stockpiling for reuse as sub-base course, excavation, stockpiling excavation material, placing aggregate base course, installing concrete curb and gutter, adjusting valve boxes and manhole, and placing hot mix asphalt pavement. An offer guarantee is not required. Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC) is required from the successful offeror after award.
