Contractor shall produce 238 circuit cards that correct a system timing and power-turndown requirement in accordance with MIL-STDs-188-183 and 181 respectively. Circuit cards shall be shipped to Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, four (4) months after award of contract. Installation instructions shall be delivered at installation training, anticipated to take approximately two (2) days at Ft. Campbell. The Government does not own the specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.
