74 -- MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR GESTETNER COPIERS SOL DAHA34-00-R-0001 POC SFC Annette Harkless, (405) 228-5689, e-mail Annette.Harkless@ok.ngb.army.mil On or around January 13, 2000, The Oklahoma National Guard will issue a requirement for a maintenance contract for 85 Gestetner, Model 2302Z copiers located at various locations across the State of Oklahoma. All copiers are approximately three years old and are currently under another maintenance agreement that will be expiring soon. The selected contractor will provide all levels of maintenance for each copier, to also include all supplies except paper. Maintenance on each copier shall be based on an estimated number of copies at each location. This maintenance cost based on copies shall not include a minimum number of copies. Total estimated number of copies for the Gestetner copiers are 201,598. Additional copiers of a similar model may be added at a later date.
