UNICOR FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for batting in accordance with the following Specifications: Mattress Pad, Scrap 84"Wx1/2"T, Resin treated shredded textile clipping fiber pad. The pad shall be used as a cushion pad between the mattress covering fabric and the mattress insulator pad. Pads must meet or exceed minimum requirements of DOC-FF-472, Flammability standard for mattresses. The period of performance is One (1) Base Year with One (1) Option year if exercised. The Delivery Order Minimum: 2,000 Yards, The Delivery Order Maximum: 50,000 Yards. The Guaranteed Minimum Amount: 2,000 Yards. Delivery is FOB Destination USP Atlanta, GA, Delivery Acceptance is 30 Days after receipt of each delivery order. Bid Samples are required, and Offer shall submit a technical data sheet with their sample. This requirement is domestic only and an all or none requirement.
