commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR
subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in
the notice. A written solicitation will be issued upon request. This is
a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-00-Q-3FA205 This
solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 The standard
industrial classification code is 3731 and the size standard is 1000
employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide
all labor, materials, equipment, parts, services, to performance the
following dockside services IAW supplied specification. on the USCGC
DURABLE (WMEC-628): contractor to remove all interferences IAW MLCA
Standard Spec 07000N.STD to remove approx. 20 inches by 20 inches of
flight deck steel plate. The replacement steel plate shall be HY-80
with a weight density of 10.2 LBS per SQ.FT. The contractor's welder
shall be certified on HY-80 steel and shall complete the installation
IAW MLCA Standard Spec 07400F.STD, Requirements for Fabrication
Welding, Brazing, Inspection and documentation. Resurface Flight deck
including Talon Grid Cover IAW the attached specification. Place of
Performance: St.Petersburg, FL. Performance period: Jan 18 January 28,
2000. Specifications to be provided on request. The government will
award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible
offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous
to the government, price and other factors considered. The following
factors shall be used to evaluate offer: Price, Required Delivery Date.
