the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for the
following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment,
parts, services, and competence to complete the following dockside
repairs on the USCGC VENTUROUS(WMEC-625): 1. Overhaul and Weight Test
Motor Surf Boat Davit Assembly. Place of Performance: St. Petersburg,
FL. Performance period: January 25 to Febuary 25, 2000. Specifications
to be provided on request. The government will award a contract
resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose
conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the
government, price and other factors considered. The following factors
shall be used to evaluate offer: Price, Required Delivery Date. The
