Demolition of existing walls, concrete floor, and ceilings for new concrete shear walls and foundations. Addition of new walls, floor coverings, ceiling and lighting. Removal of and addition of new exterior glazing. Addition of new communications closet with new HVAC system. Patch and repair of existing interior and exterior surfaces damaged by new work, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications.
