Johnson (801) 595-2312 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Utah National Guard proposes to award a contract to repair the south end of the aircraft parking ramp, located at the Utah Air National Guard Base, adjacent to the Salt Lake International Airport, Salt Lake City, Utah. The project consists of repairing approximately 22,000 square yards of existing asphalt pavement at the south end of the aircraft parking ramp. The work is to include cold milling and removing asphalt to a depth of 3-inches, placing asphalt tack coat, geotextile fabric and placing and compacting asphalt pavement to match the previous grades. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 1611 applies. The Small Business size standard of $17 million is a three-year average annual gross revenue. Magnitude is between $100,000 -- $250,000. The performance period is 60 calendar days. Bid packages will be issued on a first-come,first serve basis to prime contractors only and until supply is exhausted. Allrequests shall be in writing, no telephone calls will be accepted.
