The Boeing Company, doing business as McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company (MDHC), 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, Arizona, 85215-9797 shall provide PDSSF in support of Computer Resource problem reports for the AH-64A helicopter, now in the sustainment life cycle phase. The Government intends to award a delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement DAAH23-98-G-0049 to MDHC, the designer, developer and manufacturer of the AH-64A Apache helicopter under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." There is no technical data package and no solicitation will be issued. The period of performance for this effort is 12 months.
