Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 for the purchase of a license to duplicate copies of the International Training Consultants training video titled, "Still Talkin' Diversity", and the right to use the videos to train employees. The master must be delivered to the Census Bureau no later than January 6, 2000. It is the governments understanding that VideoLearning Systems is the sole distributor of this license.
