Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment and perform all work for discing approximately 30 miles of fire break 20 feet wide two times yearly at Parks Reserve Forces Training Area, Dublin California. Services will be performed at times specified by the government point of contact at the physical location. The contract will be in effect for a base year of 1 April 2000 through 30 March 2001 plus four consecutive option years following the base year. The SIC is 0851. The contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act wage determination 94-2051 (Rev. 15). Requests should be received by the issue date of 28 December 1999.
