COMBINED CAMOUFLAGE FACE PAINT PROGRAM The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Amon-Re, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The proposed purchase order is for 500 Combined Camouflage Face Paint (CFP) mirrored compacts with insect repellent and 500 without insect repellent in a five-color combination of green, sand, loam, white and black. Interested offerors must respond to the requirement by submitting proposals identifying their past and current experience in producing camouflage face paint with and without insect repellent, and must identify current and previous customers. Simple requests for this request for quotations will not be honored. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
