The Air Force intends to award to the source who meets the requirements of CID-233, price, delivery and other factors considered. Bid samples are required and must be submitted with offer. This is a competitive commercial item purchase. There are no Government Drawings or specifications available for this solicitation. This is not a small business set-aside. The Government anticipates releasing a paper Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 23 Dec 99 to sources requesting a RFP document.
