The contractor will also be required to research and report on off-the-shelf database software in use by other similar law enforcement/prosecution organizations and document management software in order to compare that software with the needs of GCEL and other offices in reaching a recommended software program or programs. The contractor will then be required to customize the selected software to fit the purposes and objectives of GCEL and other offices.
