The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) has a requirement for Office Automation (OA) Training Classes. This training program is established to ensure that all DFAS or DoD personnel impacted by office automation training and their related processes achieve the necessary learning and practical application to utilize these skills and ability. The requirement contains various requirements and deliverables. Place of performance: DFAS in Indianapolis, Indiana and other training locations throughout the United States, and out of CONUS. Actual training locations will be identified in the RFQ. DFAS intends to issue RFQ MDA210-00-Q-0006 in an effort to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). It is the intent of the BPA to secure discounts on a per order and a cumulative basis throughout the life of the BPA. The period of performance for the BPA will be one base year and two (2) additional option years. Only Federal Supply Schedule holders will be considered for award. DFAS seeks contractors holding GSA schedules under Special Item Number 874-4, Training Services. Teaming arrangements are authorized. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) documents will be posted to the DFAS website, www.dfas.mil/aso/, on/about December 20, 1999.
