Description: General Services Administration (GSA) is Interested in Leasing Approximately 41,400 Net Rentable Square Feet of Office Space Which Will Produce Approximately 36,000 BOMA Usable Square Feet . Parking for 120 Vehicles is Required On Site or Within 1/2 Block of the Building. Public Transportation Must Be Available Within 2 Blocks. Unique Requirements: Building Must Have Adequate Cable Facilities to Provide Voice Grade and Data Lines Including T-1 (or capable of being retrofitted) Operating at 1.544 MBPS. Building Must be Asbestos Free. Building Must be Able to Meet or be Retrofitted to Meet ADA Requirements for Physically Challenged Individuals. Access Must Be Available 7 Days a Week, 24 Hours a Day.
