This is a pre-solicitation notice for those interested parties who would like to provide and furnish all necessary labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision to perform Preventive Maintenance Services of two 975 ton chillers, two 200 ton screw chillers and one 18 ton reciprocating chillers located at Jackson Federal Building, 915 2nd Ave Seattle, WA. 2. The contract services is set-up for a 36 months period. 3. Award will be made only if the offeror meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. 4.
